[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged product | |||||
Order id - od[protected] i book a loptop on 10/nov/2017 and it delived on 13 nov. And i saw this loptop this is damage product form the back upper side of right corner of keyboard. And alos the display is not properly fuctional. They said for display that drivers are not in loptop that way that problem but laptop are alos damege for hardware. Verified Support Dec 03, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint for damage issue, we arranged a technician visit for that and technician confirmed that defect so we provided replacement to customer. We interacted and confirmed with the customer he told that replacement product is delivered and he don't have any issue now hence closing the complaint from our end.
