[Resolved]  Flipkart — Damaged product from Flipkart seller

I have purchased Poco M2 Pro on 18th Oct 2021 and it got delivered today.

When I tried to open the box the mob looks pretty old and damaged with full of dirt and the Mob is very old stock more than a year old and looks already tampered. Corner of the box damaged too.

However immediately I have reported to Flipkart support team about this and convey I did not open the seal at all as it looks tampered already.

I completely afraid to open the box and did not seal it.

Kindly take the necessary action against seller and do the need on replacing the mobile which is new.

I got a call from [protected] stating he is from flipkart complaint team,
said we are going to refund the money before process i have to connect the mobile using any connect.
suspecting its a fraud call, kindly help me on priority.
