[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged product infinix smart 2 phone | |||||
I took a phone on flipkart on the november 15 and the phone stopped working on dec 15 exactly in a month when i tried to reach out to flipkart they asked me to reach out to authorised service centre i reached out to the service centre they say this is a product purchased online and we won't be able to service it again i raised a complain on flipkart on 14th december instead of getting the issue resolved they asked me to wait until 22 with out a reason i paid 6000 for a damaged product and flipkart says they are not responsible Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered 2 numbers of Eyeliner of Yanqina product but I have received only one number of Eyeliner...But they got the payment for 2 eyeliners..Very bad and disappointed
