[Resolved]  Flipkart — damaged product received and replacement delayed for washing machine

I have ordered samsung washing machine on may 2 and received damaged product. Raised return and replacement is delayed with out any notics. Today it's 22nd may and item not replaced. Flipkart not ready to refund as well. No response from flipkart on the order. Extending the resolution date is the only thing flipkart does right now. Spend 12849 rupees for this purchase and no update in replacement or refund. Order id od[protected]

Customer had raised a complaint due to issue with the product and delay in replacement.

Replacement is done and we have confirmed from the customer that the installation has also been completed without issues. Hence, closing the case as issue is resolved.
