[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged product received thomson tv ud9 124cm and delayed for pickup | |||||
Hi, My name is jagdish. I have ordered thomson led tv on 10th oct 2018 and i received damage tv on 26 th oct 2018 on that time i have requested for return and it was approved. Flipkart had given me the date 06 nov 2018 for pickup and since from that day pickup has not done and my amount has not been refund yet. So flipkart has taken too many days product pickup and customer care executives are not giving any response they only registered my complaint. I am totally fed up now and thinking about legal action against flipkart. They have given me incident id in[protected] and told me that we have processed your request and please wait. Requesting to you that please arrange pickup today only otherwise i have to take legal action against flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
