Flipkart — Damaged Product Refund

Hi, I’m a FLIPKART PLUS cx and I’ve ordered an speaker on the 11.06.22 and the product was delivered on the 16.06.22 & after opening I found that the product is faulty as no sound was being played, so immediately I placed an return request to get the product exchanged. The exchange arrived on the 21.06.22 and when I open the box in front of the delivery boy the speaker were broken and he asked me to place an return request but the return was rejected twice as the box was broken but the box was send originally in that manner.
