[Resolved] Flipkart — damaged product was delivered and return request is delayed and cancelled automatically | |||
Hi, We ordered a 'haier 6 kg fully automatic top load washing machine' but we found that there was a defect in it. So we raised a return request and the technician came for review and informed that there is a leakage in the drum and will exchange the same withing 2 days but on checking the request we saw it was closed. We again called the customer care and raised a new request 'return id-'[protected]' which was also closed without any intimation and on asking they said technician told there was no defect but no technician had come to review. Today again we have raised a new request - returnid-'[protected]'. We are really fed up with this whole process and it is so so dissapointing, if the issue is not resolved i will surely escalate this matter and will recomm End others not to buy and will also expose the same on social media. Verified Support Dec 28, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, as per customers request provided replacement for the Defective Product and confirmed that it has been delivered and installed and customer had no further issues, hence closing the case.
