[Resolved] Flipkart — deactivated gift vouchers worth 2000 | |||||
Why has flipkart deactivated my 2000₹ worth vouchers without any reason? Up until last night everything was fine. I was preparing for upcoming sale in 24th october 2018. I had added gift vouchers for the order value that i was looking to place and suddenly flipkart decides to just throw my money calling it ‘deactivated’. There was no reason provided whatsoever by their customer care representatives. Keeps repeating the same typical customer care dialogues. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Dec 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the Electronic Gift Voucher is not working. We have interacted with the customer and as checked in our records found that original buyer is not same per customer's registered email ID. So politely requested customer to get in touch with original buyer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
