[Resolved] Flipkart — dead iphone se delivered with no response | |||
I have received dead mobile iphone se from flipkart on 17th december 2017, when i have opened the box i found the phone is not getting on i put it on charge but still it was dead, i went to authorised apple service provider and they told me phone is dead and they have provided me job sheet. Now from that time i have called flipkart customer service team 4to6 times and i was getting the response that their team will get back to me before 20th december 17, what a pathetic response nither they are confirming wether they will replace it when they will replace this mobile. Now flipkart have my money and their dead paper weight with me I am still waiting for call from them I am putting this on all social platforms and also going to sue flipkart invoice consumer court for this Was this information helpful? | |||
