[Resolved] Flipkart — Defected Item delivered and Customer Care/ Support people are not responding properly | |||
I have ordered a REDMI 1S phone on flipkart, they delivered a defective piece(touch not working). Iam requesting them regarding this (to replace or to return the item)from saturday. They are not responding at all. They are saying we will contact you in 24 hours and its been more than 48 hours and still no one contacted me. I want the issue to be resolved AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Flipkart guys called me back and confirmed that replacement process is in progress. So, thanks to flipkart. So, they have provided me a new item. | |||
