[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective 32 gb samsung memory card of mobile brought on 18/02/2017

I have send the memory card to balaji solutions pvt. Ltd. On 12/10/2017 by messenger but they have said that the card is not of sumsang company i have recorded the conversation over telephone from outside as they have denied to give any thing in writing the recording of the conversation is attached as phone number [protected]. I have mailed every thing in csflipkart.com, support_indiasamsung.com, vendorflipkart.com, businessflipkart.com from the mail id from which it was purchased as adviced by personal of flipcart after posting grievance in flipcart face book page though the personnel stated that the grievance will be solved within 72 hrs from date of mail from the mail id from which it was purchased. But more than 15 days has lapsed no reply is received even mail acceptance reply is not received. The email id csflipkart.com is no longer in use i have mailed it but following message is displayed or reverted

i have send the defective memory card to Balaji, samsung memory service center after conversation with them. Now they have replaced them with a good one

I have purchased the same from mail id dr.[protected]@rediffmail.com and phone number was [protected] it would be better if you contact me in [protected]@rediffmail.com and phone number [protected] previous comment which I have submitted on 11/11/2017 was wrong.

you representative has already called me from number[protected] to my number [protected] on 19/11/2017 all details were given to her and she has also confirmed that all details were received from dr.[protected]@rediffmail.com every conversation were recorded by me.
then what farther is needed. is this a way of resolution?? if you are not able to resolve then please don't disturb me. and you can call be any time on [protected]
