[Resolved]  Flipkart — defective item does not replaced

I am received a different type defective item. This item does not work in my pc. So i am request for replace. Then i am received a sms, your replacement in process. After certain time i am received another sms, your replacement request has been refused.
Sir now please help me for replaced this article or return my money then i shall be highly obliged to you.
