[Resolved] Flipkart — defective led tv not replaced | |||||
I had ordered for 22" panasonic led tv from flipkart fow which the invoice value was paid during placement of the order. Tv was delivered on 14th oct and 16th technician visited for installation and demo. On inspection this tv was found to be faulty by the technician and he took photos of the unit and said i need to place request for replacement as the unit is faulty and he will also update from his end. On requesting for the replacement i was told 20th the tv will be replaced. On enquiring on the update i was told by 22nd it will be done as there were some issues at backend, again i called up today to know the status again i have been told there were some issues and they will update by 25th. This is happening everyime i call up and i am not getting any exact status. As per there site they say refund is done with no questions and i have been following up but any commitment from flipkart.
