Flipkart — gulab oil receive damage and defective

I had order 2 qty oil but i didn't knew i would get product in damage condition the oil was leaked totally due to poor packing and no safety inside the box two containers given in small box and it was tightly pack due to collision with each other all the oil was collide each other and it was leaked inside the box this happen due to poor packing not shipping department... Because in transportation all the box are not taking care they are in fast movement to deliver the parcel as early as possible no resolution get from flipkart after esclating to them so i m esclating this matter consumer complaint board of india and all forums that i should get justice and resolution of my money please refund my money back immediately

This my friend order number which we are raising complaint against flipkart for not helping to him after raising the complaint to flipkart

I had order dal from online shopping department of flipkart because product was getting at my door and in cheap and not to go outside in corona pandemic condition

But i didn't knew that seller of flipkart and ekart logistics will play fun of my order...

Even i had paid rs 65 shipping and packing charges of the products still i had received product in damage and deffective condition

The product inside it was damage and materials was out of it this happen due to poor packing from seller and flipkart and small stone amd black kernel insect in the product which can't acceptable

The packet was damage internally i should ignore but the stones and small insect live insect i can't acceptable

It is against thr law so i m requesting to higher authorities of consumer department of india and flipkart higher authorities please give me the resolution from my order take this back and refund my money back in my bank account

I can't accept this deffective product which is harmful and hazerdous of my life so please arrange return pickup and take this back and refund my money back immediately

This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

Please take this back all and refund my money back

And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation 

I will fight against flipkart till my last breath i m esclating this concern to all social media platform and consumer court to get justice and take necessary action against flipkart who had taken request to closed my account

I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

And this matter i m esclating to sachin bansal sir and binny bansal sir in their respective email id... Let see who win flipkart customer care or customer of india

Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide 

Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

I had raised the complaint of deffective ghee and damage ghee receive during transit no response i had get uptil now from flipkart totally bad smell and seal was open and it was damage internally due to poor packing please give me resolution of my order

No help from flipkart about the resolution of deffective ghee allready esclated matter to cs head and grievances but no resolution team from after esclating
