[Resolved] Flipkart — Defective mobile phone delivered | |||
A redmi note 4 (Black 32gb) was ordered. The mobile which was delievered was defective and was returned back. The new mobile phone was received but unfortunately the new phone had the same problem. The voice does not go to the receiver. The phone is also checked from the service centre. The problem still exist. Kindly refund me the amount and collect your phone back. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues. | |||
