There is a terrible experience on buying Xiaomi 11i phone through Flipkart. This type of worst experience I have had never got in buying anything from Flipkart in last approx 8 years.
I had placed an order around the 7th of May and received a phone around the 10th of May. We could start the phone on
the 14th of May and came to know there is some issue with the screen of the phone - primarily on receiving of call caller id is not displayed and the screen remains in sleep mode. So we place a return request on the 15th of May for which your executive called me to discuss the issue on the 17th of May and I had explained the issue to your executive and requested for return of a product which was agreed as well but to my surprise return request was rejected stating remark as issue resolved with troubleshooting.
To raise a complaint against that I had to call thrice to your service executives. Out of three calls in two calls after understanding the issue your executive kept me on long hold and disconnected the call. Luckily third time your executive could help and raise a return request. But again a fresh process will start and your executive will call me to understand the issue on 21st of May. Post that there will be a technical visit and post that if Flipkart wishes return request will be accepted.
You can check the email confirmation from Flipkart dated the 15th of May (trailing email) confirming for return request receipt but again to my surprise, during the discussion with your executives on call I was informed that 7 days return policy means 7 days replacement policy.
I would request Flipkart to stop the false marketing of the return policy and help to resolve the issue quickly. In the given instance even if I accept a replacement of the product approx 1 month will be over by the time I get the replacement of the product so there is again the loss of 1 month warranty period.
I paid money to Flipkart around 15 days back but I still don't have the product to use. Dont know in what capacity flipkart is holding my money
Terrible experience this time on buying a product from Flipkart.
Customer care team is not supporting to reolve the issue. They close complaint with false remark that after speaking with sudtomer issue is resolved. Two times emailed to grieveance email id of flipkart and they reverted with timelines for resolution but nothing happened.
