I have ordered parker fountain pen for sending it as gift to my sister on rakhshabandhan but the pen delivered was defective on the same day of delivery i have intiated replacement via flipkart app.Than inwas told that it will delivered on or before 19 aug 2022 than again customer executive told me that the resolution time is extended to 25 august 2022 so it will delivered on or before that atlast they automatically cancelled the replacement . I am giving calls everyday to flipkart customer care but they will resolution time is extended and when i asked them for refund the customer care executive is telling that resolution will provided by the team
this kind of customer support has caused mental harrasment to me
please help me get my money back
