[Resolved] Flipkart — defective phone moto c plus | |||||
I bought a moto c plus phone which was delivered on 19th july 2017. It was defective and was restarting continuously when connected to a wi fi. I tried returning the phone which took 15 days for the phone to get replaced. On 5th august, i was handed over with a new phone which was defective again and same problem i was facing. Now i am contacting flipkart and they are saying that they cannot help and i will have to visit a service center. How is this possible that without using a phone i have to visit the service center. Verified Support Sep 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Interacted with the customer, As per the seller's replacement policy, If customer receives the defective product post replacement delivery, Customer need to visit authorized service center for any defect.
