[Resolved] Flipkart — defective piece of mobile | |||
I ordered one lenovo phab2 plus mobile to flipkart vide order no. Od[protected]. I received the lenovo phab2 plus mobile complete within box with invoice no. Fabw[protected] dt.[protected]. For rs.8999/-. I charged battery full 100% at night and kept without inserting sim and in the morning i checked the mobile the battery charge was 80%. Next day i again checked the battery charge was 58% without putting sim and use. It is lying packed in the box. I surprised why battery charge is going down without using the mobile. I thoroughly checked the box and mobile. In fact the manufacturig date mentioned is april2017. Almost 19 months old. I contacted customercare of flipkart on[protected] and they assure me that this mobile will be replaced on[protected]. They now sent me a message that your request is rejected. The mobile is not used and kept in the box as received and request you to take the matter with flipkart as why april 2017 manufactured mobile sent to the customer with defective battery. Thanks.
