[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product delivered & yet not received replacement | |
Hello team, I ordered attached product on 1st october'19 to gift someone and received defected product. I raised complaint and technician visited twice. The technician verified defected product and approved for replacement on 6th october'19. From 6th october'19 the delivery status freezed @seller and for packing, but yet it has been not packed and move for next step. I already missed to gift it on 3rd october'19. Now may i know can i get it before 13th october'19, which is maximum date of expected to delivered to me. Also can i get any special reward for getting delay to delivered to me.
