[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product from seller | |||
Hi officer, This is to share the bad practice and no action case from flipkart resulting in my frustration and inconvenience. I had ordered a mistashi washing machine which was delivered to me with a manufacturing defect. These kind of defective product are sold at lower price in unauthorized market and the seller is using these product to sell on amazon. I requested for a action against the vendor and my product to be returned. But to my surprise no action was taken and i was delivered another defective product. Further twice my return request has been rejected without any technician visit and no communication was made to me. I am totally disappointed and frustrated.
