[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product is sold to me

I ordered samsung 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine from flipkart on 7th aug 2019 it got delivered on 8th august 2019 the product defective i asked for replacement. The technician from samsung visited and without resolving the issue he is updating the flipkart that issue is resolved. And seller is rejecting my replacement request. Flipkart is not having proper system to track these things and no quality check is done. Please i want my money back from flipkart +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Aug 16, 2019 Updated by Ur Ramesh 2 times return request is rejected because Samsung technician is giving fake remarks. Out of two times only one time he visited and mark it as resolved though I informed him that product is defective. I feel he is talking with seller and trying to sell this product to me so that my return time should get completed. And flipkart is not having proper tracking system to track these cheaters Verified Support Aug 19, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
