[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product received but flipkart not processing return

I have Bought a VU Led TV From www.flipkart.com on 4th April 2019, which was delivered on 8th April 2019 but came with a defective panel, I raised return and refund request on 15th April and, Flipkart team assured me that Uninstallation will be done By 17th April 2019, But Its been 7 Days past 17th April And Flipkart is not at All Listening me, They are making me wait for long and long, I trusted flipkart and i got this huge disappointment and fraud, i will never buy anything from flipkart now
