[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product received. not yet replaced. | |||||
I purchased a acer nitro laptop from flipkart by seller " Retailnet" for rs. 84, 990. It was delivered on jan 25th '18, but i found a issue with the speakers and display and requested a replacement on the 4th of feb. A technician from acer came to my home for diagnosing and confirmed the issue and took the laptop to the service centre. But on 6th feb, my technician visit and the replacement device was cancelled by the seller with no reason. The acer representative had no idea why and they returned the laptop along with the doa form that stated that the laptop was defective on 8th feb. At this time my replacement was cancelled and i had no means of returning the laptop. I had been making calls ti flipkart support throughout this week and every time i as told "your issue has been escalated and our team will get back to you". But till now no one has yet contacted me even once. Searching around this forum, i found similar complaints against the seller. This confirmed that this was not an accident but a case of fraud. I'm now ready to file a case against flipkart and the seller. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved A flipkart agent called me and said he was sorry for the trouble and that they would replace the laptop. That day itself, the replacement product was shipped and it arrived today and I exchanged it with the defective product.
I don't know why something so easy took more than 15 days, about 20 calls & e-mails and one complaint on this forum to be resolved. Could have been handled better. But still happy with the replacement. Thanks. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 15, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

I have order samsung galaxy on nxt 64 gb and i received that order but after opening i found that ear phone was not in the box. after that i want to return the product and in this case engineer says you dont have an earphone so it will not be return .now what can i do?
