[Resolved] Flipkart — defective product two times | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Let me fetch your attention that i'd recently purchased a brand new smartphone "asus zenfone max pro m1" worth rs 14999 on 30-july-2018, but unfortunately the phone had some camera, call reception and other major issue due to which i ended up with a new replacement unit of the same model as my phone was under 10 days replacement policy. I received the replacement unit on 6-aug-2018 and now i got 10 days return policy on the same model. But unfortunately when 10 days return policy when ended up, the very next day my phone again started facing camera, call reception and the cellular network data as a major issue. I contacted flipkart they ignored and furthermore they didn't behaved properly as expected. They suggested me some troubleshooting steps but problem still persists and now please help me in getting return. My order id is : od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
