[Resolved] Flipkart — delay and negligence in delivering the replacement product | |||
I have ordered an IFFALCON 50 inch LED SMART Television from Flipkart but received a defective product and placed a replacement for the same but even after the technician visit I was not provided replacement which was supposed to be completed by 12th October 2019. Even when I try to contact Customer care they just to deviate and keep on initiating newer and newer dates for the resolution and even without calling me they just a message that they did try to call me for which when i Contacted them instantly they could not provide resolution to me. They are just repeating the same lines over and over again. If they can not provide the product at least refund my money.
