Flipkart — Delay from resolution from flipkart after escalating to higher authorities desk

I had ordered rice of 10 kg i taught flipkart will take care of my product from packing to shipping until it delivered but unfortunately it has not given me in proper condition after paying all the taxes through the product

I had ordered 10 kg rice i had recived 10 kg of single quantity of 1 kg of 10 packet... The product was not come in box the seller has save his packing material charges instead of giving with box and safety matter...

Still i had ignored becaue that inside product would be hard never mine... But wheni taken one packet and was checking the price i had seen small live insect in the product and it was live roaming inside it...

Black insect in rice occur due to deffective quality of rice and long storage of rice either both of them... I can't accept this love insect product which is hazerdous to our health because we are living now in invisible enemy and virus... And in my packet live insect is there hoebi would accept

I m attaching the images of rice of black small insect and please inform the seller if he doesn't have the stock then cancel the customer order don't give them garbage product and hazerdous product because we are not a beggar who would purchase ration shop rice... This rs 100 per kg rice product this we can't accept in deffective condition

I m attaching the images of product of packing also and insect product also... All the 10 packet are same insect product due to deffective quality or long storage... This live insect is hazerdous for human being health
