Flipkart — delay in delivery and harassment calls asking me to cancel the order

I ordered a product on Flipkart on 29th Sep 19, and the delivery date promised was 10th Oct, it's been more than a month since the delivery date has passed. and now Flipkart's customer support team is continuously calling me to cancel the order and reorder at a higher price.

The original cost of the product was 8500 when I ordered and now it's 10490, Now Flipkart is saying that they can't deliver this product, so i should cancel the order and re-order at a higher price.

its been almost 50 days my money was stuck with Flipkart and they are bluntly saying that they cant deliver.

kindly help.

Order id od[protected] order already cancelled after some minut i have book again same phone but previous booking phone not refund in my account and bank debit one emi from my account please take seriously and refund immediately. we already attached a screen shot now flipkart say to me you have not book this type order and bank
