The product which i ordered was supposed to deliver on 30 th may 2018 the product shipped on time and it reached the nearest hub to me on 30thmay but suddenly i got message that product is being sent back to sort facility because it got misrouted.
I raised a complaint but no action was taken the next day prodcut reached other hub and from there as well it was sent back saying misrouted.
On 2ndjun 2018 the product has reached the same hub as it was in the first place and till now was no information from the customer care about my concern.
I am trying to email them but everytime i attach the screenshot it says message sent failed.
I have requested for compensation as well in this regard but customer care are not responding to any such request and only telling the same tracking status what i see on the courier site,
