[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in delivery as per stipulated date. | |||||
I had purchased two products from clipart.com 1. vency creation tracking ID FMPP[protected] 2. Shaily Retails with tracking ID FMPP[protected] Both the products were supposed to be delivered by 21.10.17. But the products are yet to be delivered. No updates regarding the delivery has also been intimated to me. One product of Vency creation was delivered in the evening of 25th October 2017. However the other product of Shaily retails is yet to be delivered. Flipkart officials are contacting me know to intimate that the product has been misplaced in transit and it will take more time to locate the consignment and to deliver it. Flipkart persons are insisting me to cancel the order. I had purchased the product in Diwali offer and now as the product has been misplaced by Flipkart persons in transit, to avoid their failure they are insisting me to cancel the order . It is requested that my consignment of Shaily retails with tracking no. FMPP[protected] may be delivered to me at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
