[Resolved]  Flipkart — delay in delivery for order no.od[protected] placed on 03.10.2019

I have ordered a Onida Washing machine on 03.10.2019 & the delivery date was given to me was 10.10.2019

As per shipment tracking details the machine has reached the Bhiwandi warehouse on 09.10.2019, but since then the status is not moving further.

There is no communication from flipkart regarding the revised date of delivery

As per call received on 17.10.2019, the machine was to be delivered on 18.10.2019, but today their delivery boy called & told that he will not be able to deliver the machine today.

We do not expect this kind of service from brand like flipkart

The Product was delivered on 18th Oct 2019, but person from Onida has not yet visited the place for demo

I have already raised the complaint with flipkart on 27.10.2019 but no resolution received

Flipkart return policy has also expired but we have not yet started using the product
