[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in flipkart order: od[protected] | |||
I ordered a product from flipkart with a promise to deliver by 15th october. The product is yet to be packed and shipped. Everytime i put up a message asking for expediting, just get a mail deferring the possible date of delivery by 2 days. Today, at even 12:00 noon the status is seller is processing the order, not yet packed or shipped. It seems flipkart representatives have no value for commitment or have no control over the sellers who use this platform. Otherwise they are taking us for granted as they already paid so can't go anywhere. Cancelling the order would mean the money being blocked at their end and they will be earning interest over our hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We would like to inform that the seller has confirmed that the order is delivered on 18 Oct 19.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
