Flipkart — Delay in product Delivery without proper explanation

I have ordered the iphone 14 during the Flipkart's Big Saving Days Sale (18th Jan). The product was expected to delivery on 20th Jan. Due to emergency situation I rescheduled the delivery for Saturday (21st Jan) and Flipkart accepted to delivery the product on Saturday (21st Jan). But, the product is not yet delivered. I have raised the complaint in the customer support, but I didn't get the proper response about the delivery of product. On 22nd Jan, the customer support person called and updated that the product will be delivered by 7pm itself, otherwise it'll be delivered by Monday. Till now, I didn't get any update regarding the product. When I contacted the customer support today, they were asking me to wait for another 5 days to get the resolution. I'm not sure about how long should I wait to get the product delivered.

Also, since the product is ordered in offer price, the customer support team is indirectly pushing me to cancel the order. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from Flipkart. I need the product, or otherwise I need the current value of product in Flipkart as refund for delaying the delivery without proper explanation.

Flipkart is literally cheating us by showing the discount and offer sales. One of my friend also faced the similar issue during the Diwali sale. The customer support team is also not responding properly to our concerns. If Flipkart is not ready to delivery the product, then why they are announcing discount sales.

Flipkart is showing the offer and discounted sales, but they are not delivering the product. This kind of issues are often during the discounted sales season.

Also, the customer support team is closing the complaint without providing proper resolution.
