[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in replacement of order | |||||
I ordered two cellphone (Moto corp plus - order id: od[protected] and lava arc grand 2- order id-od[protected] from flipkart. I faced issue with both of the order and i asked them for replacement. The replacement request was accepted. The order was picked up by ekart wish master having tracking id as fmpr[protected] and fmpr[protected] on 13th july 2017. But till date my order is not delivered to me and the delivery date was on 15th july 2017. I tried to contact customer care also but i didn't get any satisfactory response. They are saying that they didn't get any pickup acknowledgement from ekart. Please take action against this issue and make the delivery of the order asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
