[Resolved] Flipkart — delayed delivery misleading information | |||||
Product delivery delayed and customer care and courier executives given wrong information without attempting delivery at the time mentioned in the order. As the full amount is paid and expected delivery as per the order confirmation on 18 october. Very disappointed with the service. And now they are saying expected delivery as 24 october which is 6 days delay no proper communication from the flipkart and bluedart courier for order delivery ontime after full amount paid unnecessary delay is not acceptable Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Oct 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer compaint was he did not received the product on time so apologized and ensured that this wont be repeated cx agreed and closed the case, now product is delivered
