[Resolved] Flipkart — delayed delivery of order | |
Delayed delivery of order no od[protected] Which was to be delivered by 12/12/18 7-10 pm. I was not updated regarding the delivery of the same. On contacting the customer care they said order is shipped and delivery is delayed. I would like to question the lethargic attitude of flipkart and the seller regarding the important order. On further questioning the customer care executive mr khemraj apologized me for the delay. He again gave me a date of 17th dec. I would like to question that who will compensate for my loss of so many days. There is no reason provided for the delay of one week. Such kind of pathetic customer service is not expected from an esteemed organization like flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |
