[Resolved] Flipkart — delayed ordered and careless services | |||||
I ordered an asus zenfone max pro m1 on 7th feb via net banking. It was shipped on 8th feb. The estimated time was concluded to be 13feb but later i received an email about the delay of the product from 13th to 14th feb but it has been 16feb (I have posted this at the night of 15th feb) but still haven't received the product what's more there's no status update either and it's still concluding the estimated time to be 14th feb and the location of the product have been backwarded from 'shipment yet to be delivered' to 'dispatched to motherhub (Hub at the neighbouring city). I want the order to be delivered by 17th feb or else, i would be forced to cancel the order. For knowing more details and response please email to [protected]@gmail.com.
