[Resolved] Flipkart — delivered a defective mobile | |||
Respected Sir /Madam, I've ordered my Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Space Black 4GB 64 GB mobile (Order date was 8th August 2019 as promised delivery date within 2 days) from Flipkart, it was my 6th Mobile from Flipkart just within 2 year's of time, I didn't get the product as they promised, Finally I got the delivery after the long waiting on 17th August 2019, On 23rd of August I felt like the mobile camera was Freezing and there is some cracking sounds from the speaker as well, I've called to the Customer service and complained about the matter and they arranged a technician (From Jeeves Company ) to visit and check the Device, the same day technician visited and formatted the device and he told me that after restarting the device everything will be fine, (He was on a call all the time, He doesn't know even how to do the Factory Reset, He was working as per the instructions getting from the phone call from his superior), even after that the problem was still existing and in addition the system was getting hot, when I mentioned it to him he said I can't do anything, I've called to the Flipkart Customer Service again the same day and explained all these things they stated that the technician has given a fake update and Will arrange another technician from the same agency (Jeeves) the second day technician has came and rectified the problems and he told me he will forward the report to the concern and Flipkart will contact you, I waited for the update from the Flipkart and didn't get a call back from Flipkart, I called them again and said that the problem still existing, Requested many times for a replacement or a Refund, I keep calling them and they keep saying that, the concerned team will contact you and on or before this (giving me a specific date) you will get a resolution on this case, Today Morning ( 03.Sept 2019 ) they called me and told me to contact the nearest service center to repair the Mobile, I refuse to repair and requested a refund or replacement instead, after the call disconnected for the last time I've called them again and asked for any superior or Senior Executive but they keep saying to visit the nearest service center and repair the Mobile, As per Flipkart Return Policy There is 10 days Time period to return the product, I've contacted them so many times from the 6th day after delivery, because it's faulty device, I'm really tied of contacting and explaining again and again the same every time . It's Brand new Mobile and Delivered a Defective Device, It's their responsibility to Replace or Refund now they re saying that the seller refuse to replace or refund, Please see the attachment for the same, *when I open the camera this what's showing in Display, Please refer to the Attached Was this information helpful? | |||
