[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivered different product | |||||
Hi.. I ordered a lenovo laptop (Lenovo ideapad 310 core i5 6th gen) with order id od[protected]. I received the product. The box was of lenovo ideapad 310 but the laptop inside the box was a lenovo ideapad 110. The product ordered stated that it has windows 10 preinstalled but the product received has no operating system installed. The product was sent from retailnet. I have applied for the return policy. But it is not yet processed. Please make sure that the actual product is delivered instead of any other model. It would be a great help if this problem is resolved soon. May 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 23, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Resolution: Spoke to customer he said he want call after 5 PM hence followup set for 5 PM.
