I ordered a nike court vision mid Basketball shoe on 4th March 2023(order id-OD[protected] . But i received campus shoe instead of nike shoe on 11th Feb 2023. When a return was initiated, the return request was rejected. On the second attempt the request was again rejected . Repeated return attempts were initiated, and every time, the return was cancelled saying:
"Sorry, your return request for ... cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact."
Flipkart failed to acknowledge that the request was to take back a wrong product delivered and not about a defective product.
Flipkart customer support was contacted several times over chat, and call. Each of the customer support executives acknowledged that it was an issue on Flipkart's side to have delivered a wrong product, wrong brand, wrong color... overall wrong product and that the return and refund would be initiated. This was even escalated to their next level of seniors.
I told the customer care that, " i have the full unboxing video of my percel as proof but nobody heard me and at last my request was rejected. flipkart it's very frustrated.i can't expect this from Flipkart .
