Flipkart — Delivery and Refund Issue from[protected]

OnePlus Buds Z2 with Active Noise cancellation Bluetooth Headset (Obsidian Black, In the Ear) ordered this product on September 06 2022 at 11:08pm. Money debited from the credit card and order not placed it's been 24 days and no update till date. Please help me and do the needful regarding this.
