Flipkart — Delivery boy refused to pickup return

I ordered a 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬, order no. OD[protected] on[protected] and flipkart delivered me wrong jeans it is not looking like the one which I ordered. So I file a return request, at first time my return request was rejected after that I contact the customer care again and this time my return got accepted but it took 4-5 days in this. Now when the delivery boy come to pickup the product, he refused to take it saying that it is not matching with the photo of the jeans.
I asked him that this is the fault that this is not the jeans which I ordered but he refused to take it and went.
Now again talking to customer care they again saying that we will reply in 72 hours.
This is very bad that how flipkart is treating its customers. Please pickup this wrong jeans as soon as possible.
