[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery delayed. unresponsive customer support. | |||
I have ordered for eateries and other essentials from flipkart on 20th march. Due to the unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of the items is delayed. I totally understand it. But at least some support should be provided by flipkart. Order id od[protected] This is the first message i got when i placed the order. ""order placed: your order for aashirvaad superior mp...+10 more products with order id od[protected] amounting to rs.1449 has been received. Your flipkart supermart item (S) will be delivered on fri, mar 27, 2020 between 6:31 am and 2:00 pm"" After the lockdown was announced.. They have sent another message... ""delivery update: we're sorry to let you know that the delivery of your flipkart supermart order for aashirvaad superior mp...+10 more products has been delayed as we? Re working on fulfilling higher orders than usual. Rest assured, you can expect the delivery on[protected] between 04:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Option to call us is not available during this period, however you can track and manage your orders, returns and refunds in no time here: http://fkrt.it/bqWLi~NN""" Now the delivery date changed to 13th april. I begged the support agent to deliver the eateries at least and the non eateries can be delivered at a later point of time as we are struggling with shortage of food in these difficult hours.. But they have shown me a deaf ear. I relied on flipkart to deliver my items but got rejected. I request to take up the issue and provide justice to me... Thank you.
