[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of defective tv set on 5sep 2019 | |||
This is regarding my complaint against flipkart which delivered a defective tv to me on 5sep 2019. Since then i've been trying to get in touch with flipkart but they are not responding. An engineer from jeeves (Yogesh patel [protected]) confirmed to it's team that tv set is defective since supplied but nobody from flipkart came back to take away tv from my residence. It's almost more than one and half month lapsed and i am not getting my money back. Please take necessary action. I have all phone call recordings of customer care requesting them for refund.
