[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of product order online with prepayment

I had booked one item and paid the same by credit card on 17/10/2019 (Order number - od[protected].
The order is expected to get delivered by 30/10/2019.
But no communication received till 06/11/2019 on its delivery.
Kindly update details status of my order. If you are unable to deliver it then refund the amount in my account with acknowledgement of the same.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
