Flipkart — Delivery super delay and no proper service for delivery and no resolution solved by customer executive | |||
Ordered pixel 6a on 23rd July 22 and Order id is [OD[protected]].Expected delivery date was on 30th july 22. The product had been shipped on 28th July 22. This was the last update on delivery. Product had not been delivered on the said timeline. So I raised concern from "need help" option in "my oder" section more than 6 times. They provided me date after date for resolution. I also informed them that I don't want to cancel the order, get it delivered asap. But they only provide dates in the name of resolution. Now today, 7th august 22 - still there is no resolution from there side - I don’t want the point to the product from flipkart - it’s mentally frustrated- no proper response- even customer assistance doesn’t know the track what previous customer assistance promised - Was this information helpful? | |||
