Dear flipkart, Recently i bought a new laptop (Dell inspiron 6th generation), Order id - od[protected] Which had been delivered on 11 march'18 but as i check that i found the Touchpad faulty, processor heating, screen fluctuation & charger heating - i raised a complaint About the replacement but till now i did not get any resolution and i think It is casual behaviour of the company which is too painful for me because of You can think that if any person pay the full amount and buy anything from your side and get the faulty products then what would be the reaction of that customer . And after all your customer service told me the technical will visit at Your site approx 22nd march, so please tell me that what is the mean of Approx and i think that you don't know the difference between approx and Exact. I am too much panic from your service. Kindly request to your ask your Technician to visit today to replace the products otherwise i must have to Go consumer forum for escalation of this complaint.
