Today i received a dell laptop. I have made the payment online. The product should be window 10 os preloaded. But no os. Also the power adapter was missing. The battery found lntaslled but it should be separate. The product seems used one. Even after delivery, the website shows order placed. Don't buy any thing from flipkart. Now i am trying to replace or refund. But as the flipkart site shows order placed, i couldn't file my return request. Was this information helpful? | |||||
