Flipkart — denial of replacement of product within the prescribed limit period

I booked an order vide no. Od[protected] on 25.10.2019 after paying an amount of rs. 16, 095/-. As per the order the items are cp plus 6 bullet camera, 2 dome camera 2.4mp, 2 tb hard disk, 8 channel power supply 8 channel dvr wire and all assessories. The order delivered on 04.11.2019 with less items. There was only 4 bullet camera, 1 tb hard disk, 4 channel power supply, 4 channel dvr wire and other assessories. When i called the customer care, i was suggested by the customer care that i should cancel the order and the money will be returned or it will be replaced.
When i click on the cancel button, there was no option to put the reason for returning/cancel and it got cancelled. Futher, i called the customer care of flipkart and narrated the incident then i was told that my item got cancelled and money will be returned. When i requested them to provide me all the items as per my order and their invoice no. Fa bk8h[protected], dated 29.10.2019 then they denied for the same and told me that only my money can be returned. I want all items as per my booking order not my money back.

My ordered product is not "Opium Aviator Sunglasses" but the ordered product is " cp plus 6 bullet camera, 2 dome camera 2.4mp, 2 tb hard disk, 8 channel power supply 8 channel dvr wire and all assessorie".
