[Resolved] Flipkart — did not deliver what was paid for | |||
In sept 2018, i ordered 3 glucolab test strip boxes each costing rs 730 appox on flipkart for my elderly father.in october 2018, flipkart delivered 1 box of the test strips but took a cash payment from my father for £ 2190 approx. Basically they charged him for 3 boxes but delivered only 1. By the time he opened the package and discovered the mistake, the delivery man had gone. I have emailed and called flipkart but had no success in getting the remaining 2 boxes that are due. Their customer service people are totally useless. They keep sending stupid automated replies such as 'we cannot do a refund' even though i am not asking for a refund - i want them to deliver the remaining 2 items my father already paid for! Avoid this company if you do not want to be cheated. They are rubbish. Hope they shut down soon as they do nothing but cheat customers such as my elderly father. Disgusting.
